Spira Impact is a sole proprietorship of Kylian Klein Hesselink, based in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. This page explains how I handle personal data.

What I do not do

This website uses no cookies, no analytics tools, no advertising pixels and no external fonts. Nothing about your visit is tracked or passed on to third parties.

What I do keep

If you email me, call me or message me on LinkedIn, I keep your name, your contact details and the content of our conversation. I only use that data to reply to you and to carry out agreements. The basis is your request, or my legitimate interest in maintaining business contacts.

How long

I keep data from conversations that do not lead to an assignment for two years at most. Data I need for my administration I keep as long as the law requires, at least seven years.

Sharing with others

I do not share data with third parties, except with parties I need to deliver my service, such as my email provider and bookkeeping. I have agreements with them about security.

Your rights

You may view, correct or delete your data. Email me at LinkedIn. If we cannot resolve it together, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
